Two Daughters Foundation runs free monthly peer grief support groups for young adults aged 18 to 39 who have lost a parent. Groups meet online for an hour each month, with occasional in-person activities, and serve Northern California, Oregon, and Washington, D.C. Use the map below to find other grief support resources across the U.S.

Two Daughters Support Groups
Email a facilitator below to join the regional group that best fits your situation. Meetings are conversational and confidential. Share as much or as little as you're comfortable with, for as long as you find it helpful. Siblings grieving the same parent are welcome to attend together.

We also run a virtual peer support group for young adults (18–39) whose parent is receiving care for a serious illness. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out when a spot opens.
